1. Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Play @ Lower Drayton Farm and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Play @ Lower Drayton Farm for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full.  Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

2. Prices

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Play @ Lower Drayton Farm website at the time you place your order.  Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes.  There are no surcharges and once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets or vouchers.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.  We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

3. Online Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

4. Limitation of Liability

Play @ Lower Drayton Farm total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Play @ Lower Drayton Farm will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

5. Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

6. Online Tickets and Vouchers Terms & Conditions of uses

1.  Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions.

2. Vouchers must be used to purchase tickets before you arrive, they can also be used for The HoneyPots café and our Play@ shop.

3.  Online tickets cannot be used in relation to any Play @ Lower Drayton Farm group booking or birthday party.

4.  Following the purchase of your DigiTicket and/or voucher no refunds can be given, and you are not able to cancel your tickets or resell them.

5.  Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made in person.
6.  Entry is only permissible when the Play @ Lower Drayton Farm DigiTicket is presented on your smart device or the Booking Reference Number is given. 

7.  All persons covered by the Play @ Lower Drayton Farm DigiTicket must enter the attraction at the same time.

8.  There is no adult only entry to Play @ Lower Drayton Farm, however, you may buy only adult tickets and enter with children under 2 (no charge) or child members.

9.  Tickets and Vouchers purchased online are only valid for the date range for which they were purchased.  Should they be used on dates other than that for which they were purchased, Play @ Lower Drayton Farm reserve the right to refuse entry. Where entry is sought on a different date; if the DigiTicket purchase price is higher than the on the day admission charge no refund will be given.  If the DigiTicket purchase price is of a lower value than the on the day admission charge, then the additional cost to meet the on the day admission charge will have to be paid. On the day prices exclude any current on the day offers/discounts.

10.  If carer tickets are purchased online, Play @ Lower Drayton Farm reserve the right to ask for proof of status.

11.  No Play @ Lower Drayton farm DigiTicket or Voucher may be resold.

12.  If the Play @ Lower Drayton Farm DigiTicket or Voucher/Booking Reference Number is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

13. No change, physical cash or digital currency is given against voucher redemptions against tickets, Play@ shop or HoneyPots café purchases.

14.  Any queries should be put in writing to the Admissions Manager at Play @ Lower Drayton Farm, Lower Drayton lane, Penkridge, Stafford ST19 5RE.  Play @ Lower Drayton Farm

DigiTickets may be used when purchasing a new Membership (once launched) on the same day as the visit against the new membership promotional voucher offer, where the admission quantity and type (i.e. adult or child) matches the membership quantity and type purchased.

Non Member Tickets

Please bring your booking confirmation (on your smart device) with you on the day of your visit.  If you have a booking for a carer please bring the required documentation (see website).  For under 2's we request that you must also bring proof of age.  

COVID

Please don't forget to bring a mask or face covering to enter our indoor area.    Thank you.

1. If you or anyone in your household or visiting party are experiencing any signs of Covid-19 DO NOT visit, even if you have booked tickets
 

2. Pre-booked tickets can only be booked on the Play @ Lower Drayton Farm Website
 

3. Please ensure that you have your booking confirmation available on your smart phone when you visit
 

4. Hand sanitisers will be available prior to admissions and throughout the site – please use them before entry and during your visit
 

5. Please note Play @ Lower Drayton Farm is now a cashless environment
 

6. Please do not visit before your entry time. We close at 5pm
 

7. Please be respectful of all social distancing guidance, other visitors and our staff
 

8. First Aid will be restricted due to current restrictions, please bring basic first aid ie plasters, antiseptic wipes with you 
 

9. Buckets and spades will not be available in our sand pit area as part of our covid secure procedures.  You are welcome to bring your own.
 

10. Upon buying your tickets we will be collecting your information as part of the government COVID-19 Track and Trace requirements.
 

11.  Play @ Lower Drayton Farm is a non smoking site, smoking facilities are provided on the car park.
